KIPP Austin College Prep believes that there are no shortcuts to academic success.

Our students commit to come to school from 7:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. during the week, for four hours two Saturdays a month, and three weeks during the summer in preparation for high school and college.  KIPP Austin students spend 67% more time learning than their counterparts in traditional public schools.

At the time of enrollment, all parents, students, and teachers sign the KIPP Austin College Prep Commitment to Excellence form, pledging to adhere to our school’s expectations for attendance, academic rigor, behavior, and extra time.
